  • We offer Standard Shipping only.

  • Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order details.

Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us at inquiries@bioforceusa.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
